Drum roll please…..

Man, you guys are some very very faithful commenter’s. It took me over an hour to tally up all my posts. A smart person would have done it each day she posted, but I never claimed to be smart. I had a seven way tie! These seven faithfully commented EVERY post this month. I wish I had seven pillows to give you Elizabeth D, Rachel B, Prue, Sarah B, Shari, Katers and Missie….but as my wonderful assistant, Ryan, pulled the lucky winner out of my sweaty little palm, the winner is officially……MISSIE! Congrats girl! I know you wanted to get this to your daughter by Christmas and I will do my best to sew up the corner I have left by hand and ship it off…but we are moving on DECEMBER 28th and I can not promise you this in 2007!!!!!! Please email me your mailing address when you get a sec.

We do have some honorable mentions who were just a few behind the pack. Jude, Melanie L, Angella, Chrissy, Dar and D. You ladies were so very very close the ladies above could smell your breath on their necks.

We bought a house kiddos. Holy schnikeys! We are thrilled and AND AND I got a call from our mortgage broker today and the market took a quick dip in interest rates and we got locked in at one of the lowest rates since we have been looking the last few months. I could not thank God enough for this price break. You can’t imagine how much money that has saved us and again, I just know that God has guided us every step and made this process fairly pain free over the last month.

Ryan’s sister arrives tonight for a week, then my grandma comes in for two days after that, then we are going to pack. Nothing like being the hostess with the mostest at the worst possible time. I am trying not to worry about packing and just enjoy family. Somewhere along the line I am suppose to be a mom and wife too as well as the witty photographer blogger. I have to tell you, my super hero powers are just about gone. You must forgive me for the month of December and swear on your great great great grandmothers grave that you will never leave or forsake me while I take this month in stride. I also want to say thank you to so many new commenter’s this month. Usually, I send a little email to say thanks and answer any questions people leave in my comments and I just haven’t had time. Boo hiss…so so sorry. I promise I am not rude in real life. At least not to your face.

Now you can bet on a killer post on December 13th when we find out if Porty has a wee wee or a pee pee. We are bitterly fighting over boy names right now. Suggestions? The middle name is Wade, that is decided. Our girl name is in the bag…just another reason why a girl will be easier, not to mention cheaper. We shall see what I am cooking in this body of mine. I will give you an updated belly shot too. I am looking majorly preggo now although I have only gained 7lbs. I am thrilled that I am finally gaining in moderation compared to Chloe where I ate everything in site.

In the meantime, if you are starved for photos, check out our Kellan blog. I am in the process of editing three weddings so just another reason I will be MIA a lot of December. MAKE THE BAD MAN STOP!!!!! At least I can say that I have officially shot my last wedding on Saturday and will not be back on board until September….so so so happy. I thought my back and feet were going to blow off my body after 9 hours of shooting. Five months pregnant is just not comfortable standing and crouching for 9 hours. Call me a wuss, I don’t care…but I am done!

One more thing, my most favorite blogger and my internet best friend, Amanda at Kicky Boots will be guest blogging for me this week. She is hilarious and we are convinced we were separated at birth. I love this girl and we are about to start a fund for people to fly us to meet each other. Her being Canadian and on the west coast and me being American and on the East coast posts just a teensy weensy problem.

Okay, Biggest Loser is just about to kick off the next player, I must focus. Loving you!!!!!

Congrats on all that is good in your life! I’ve had so many friends that have moved while pregnant! Crazy times! Anywho - God is so good!

Can’t wait to hear what you’re harboring in that body of yours. Both of mine were surprises at birth and I did truly love it that way, but always enjoy knowing what everyone else is having.

I missed commenting on a post? How did that happen?

I am having Amanda over for a play date either tomorrow or Thursday. Think you could raise the funds in time to join us?
    :)

Congratulations on the house!! I can’t believe you’re five months pregnant already :) Can’t wait to hear whether you’re having a boy or a girl.

Weddings and five months pregnant - I hear you! I did the church and reception flower arrangements for my sister-in-law’s wedding in April when I was five months pregnant. It just about killed me. And that evening I tried to get off the couch, and my body seemed completely frozen up - I had to crawl off the couch.

I can’t even begin to contemplate packing up a whole house and moving in that state, PLUS fitting in Christmas! May God sustain you!

Also glad to hear you get to take it a little easier and not shoot anything til September. That would be one stinking sucky hot summer with TWO babes and photog gigs. Congrats, Missie, on winning the pillow. I’m happy you won for your daughter. That was fun. I like a little competition to keep things spicy! :)

I hope your doctor visit goes well. Can’t wait to know! Here are a couple of boy names I like: Will, Bennett, Pierce, Liam, Owen, Levi, Tucker (although Pierce Portnoy would be quite a mouthful!) :)
