I see dead people

So I started out documenting a 24 hour period in my life, via my camera, and then I realized when I put the pictures on my computer that every shot, just about, has red in it………spine chill…..so either I am dead or you are….oh The Sixth Sense, will we ever see a red balloon and not look around suspiciously?

Anyway, not that my day was exciting, I was just in a picture mood, although there have been a lot of parties lately and I feel like I am constantly shooting and editing, it is bitter sweet. I love taking pictures for people, but I am hardly in the pictures and I cause myself a lot of work afterwards. Oh well, it is fun to document life, now if only I had the money to print off the thousands of pictures sitting on my hard drive.

So here is red day…. I really didn’t plan it that way, it just happened.

GOOOOOOOD MORNING…..let’s start with coffee and makeup. The very last of my Bare Minerals. I am at a crossroads as what foundation I want to use. I like Bare Minerals, but I still don’t think it matches perfectly…..any suggestions for a yellow toned chick?

Red Day
(If you are confused what you are looking at, it is my makeup mirror tipped down to show the makeup and coffee….how clever, I know…look how dirty that thing is!)

My scoot choice of the day.

Red Day

Truly everything comes back in style, I swear my grandma has the same shoes and I thought they were hideous when I was a teenager, not to mention that she would cut a little “X” in the side of them to let her bunion stick out….CLASSY!

Quick Blogline check before heading to the chiropractors. Oh Anna Maria Horner…..one of my favs…..she has talent oozing out of her pores.

Red Day

Now to one of my favorite places on the planet…the chiropractor…..it makes me as happy as scoring a great sale. Dr. Osborne happens to be my friend as well as the owner of magic hands. You love my exaggerated facial expression…she is like, “Great Kelly, people are going to think I am hurting you.” Nice jublees Dr. Osborne. BTW, this is the only Chloe picture you get….look at her little noggin playing so nicely on the floor. She is amazing. My word, do I look pale….ugh.

Getting straightened out...feels so good...love the crackin

I came home and decided to actually sit still for a bit and relax, so I popped in “DreamGirls” and gave it a spin. I had no idea what the story line was. I liked it, it entertained me and I guess I can see why Jennifer Hudson got so much buzz…she did excellent.

Red Day

No movie is complete without a snack. I just happened to have some fresh avacado on hand….guacamole and chips…MMMMMMMMMMM. I realize this picture is blurry and grainy, Charlotte puked just as I took this and I didn’t have my settings right!

Red Day

After lounging a bit, I got motivated enough to cut out my next pillow. I haven’t sewn it, but just pieced it together to see what I thought. Love me some black and white. I actually made those buttons out of fimo clay the night before. (Pictures to come)

New pillow mock-up

That evening rounded out with one of the most delicious cheeseburgers I have ever had at TGIF. We never eat there, but were in the mood for burgers. I mean, hello…they fry a piece of provolone and put it on the burger with bacon and cheddar. Why oh why can’t I lose that last 9lbs? I just don’t get it!

So there you have it…that was my Friday….I mean can you even keep up with me and my fast paced life. Holy cow….I didn’t mean to blow your skirt up!

Just so my friends know…the Joy B-day/Fimo party pics are already on my flickr (blog post to come) and Kristie’s lingerie party is coming.

I love the comment on Charlotte having thrown up and then the picture of the Guacamole - yummy! Did you ever try the medium-beige bare minerals? That’s for yellow undertones. I remember telling you but I didn’t know if you had tried it.

I didn’t look at the jublees until you said something. Now your chiropractor should hurt you.

Cute idea for a post. I so miss getting adjusted but I don’t go anymore,(I’ll have to tell you some other time why), but I do miss it! A lot of my friends thought I was crazy for always doing it, but it felt OH SO GOOD;)

I never realized before I married into a family of chiros just how great it is for your body - even if you don’t think you need it, it helps. But you’re brave!! I make my father in law use the activator on me; no neck cracking here, thanks!
PS I love your shoes - they look really cute and comfy. Where did you find them?

Hi Kelly, I just realized I was going to promote some make-up to you and I forgot. Have you ever tried MAC? It’s studio make-up, so they have every shade under the sun and all different kinds of coverage. Just something for you to think about :)
