Business on top (cute shirts and jewelry) and party on the bottom (loose, cotton pants) My outfits aren’t jiving anymore and my maternity clothes selection is getting on a very tight rotation. I guess that is the nature of the beast and I am too cheap to buy any more clothes this close to my due date. Speaking of due dates, my old roommate Janelle (a.k.a. the Puffy Feet story) had her baby yesterday morning 10 DAYS overdue! It has been a dramatic week leading up to his birth…but so worth it. He is absolutely adorable weighing in at a whopping 7lbs, 4oz. He is so tiny and prefect and it is all so real that we will be the ones everyone is visiting in just a few short weeks. WOW! I can't imagine how uncomfortable she must be, but kudos to her for not laying on the couch and moaning, but getting out and getting her stuff done. I've felt that sciatic nerve a few times, but it went away pretty quickly. I can't imagine the pain she much feel just walking. I too had the elephant ankles. It was awful. The only good part was that I hit the bathroom many times thru the night and in the AM my knees and ankle bones hurt because they were touching again. I lost 20 lbs in 3 days due to baby and water retention! I hope Janelle caan feel more comfortable soon. You two must have been a sight. The things we do for love. Oh Kelly Poor Janelle!!
